Both sides of it.

Business and life share the same folders. A folder is where a note lives; its tag decides who can see it, you or an agent. BusinessOS marks the work side, LifeOS the personal side, FinanceOS the money records. Give an agent the business tags and it reads every client file, and never your journal.

The format is Open Knowledge.

A public format, not ours: Google Cloud’s open spec for AI agents. Every file carries typed fields any AI can read, so switching assistants costs you nothing.

Step 3

The structure is enforced, not suggested.

Every file is checked against its folder’s allowed types and a closed set of tags that only you can add to. A wrong file is refused or fixed, and you can watch it happen.

Step 4

The tending is no longer your job.

Drop a rough note in the Inbox. The pass, a scheduled AI tidy-up, gives it a type, writes the description, links it to related notes and files it. Your original stays beside it, word for word.
